The performance
The Urbanitas choreographic repertoire is characterized by cheerful and fast movements, in memory of the moments of celebration, which concluded the agricultural works, such as threshing and harvesting. The performance proposed is based on original choreographies, elaborated through careful research.
The Dances
The most iconic dance of Marche is undoubtedly the so-called “Saltarello”, which is a couple dance that the Urbanitas group performs, representing the traditional setting of the farmyard.
The Songs
In addition to the music accompanying the choreographies, the association has inherited a precious heritage of popular songs, that enrich the exhibitions. The Urbanitas’ group performs exclusively with live music.
